wax expecting the prologue (based on title of the series + the reaper chars in the other topic) to be something like you being like some mysterious "boss" dude who decides to host these "trials" / tournament / or whatever for some unknown / whatever reason and the Reapers being childish (you kinda being the father figure to them) the method of gaining the people being finding people whom you considered "worthy" from across the land etc (through some kickass visual portal thing) making a list ( that or the portal auto showing "worthy" contestants since its your portal thing) and then teleporting them all at once during a moment where they all somehow weren't doing anything or whatever
and for some reason I was thinking the "hub" area for it would be some sort of dark tower / castle whose interior looks mansion like with some nexus (demons souls) style traits / look

Well I did this when I was half asleep and I just wanted to get something posted so this is what happened and you all don't know what the hub is yet since I only said they were in a room, not that this was the hub, if it was a completely different place, or if it was a part of the hub. Plus this was just how they act when bored, they are kinda like kids but they're also very mature. Oh yes it is also time for a hint for the bonus question at the end of Ch. 1: One of the Reapers I made for this event is based off of a character in a video game; this is the only hint other than the character bio so keep this in mind.
