Must admit I don't hear that line too often. Get the "sweetroll" line more often from guards.
The line that annoys me currently is the guy in Whiterun who always asks if I've thought about mercenary work. Every time I pass him (which seems to be a few times every time I visit the town - I swear he stalks me) he says the same thing, even though he does have a few lines programmed that he can say.
