This was the first Nightwish album that I closely followed before and after the album was released, so I wanted to make it a very special occasion for me when I listen to it for the first time. On the album's release date in Finland (November 30th), I drank 7 shots of Bacardi rum (40% alcohol) at 5:00 AM EST. That's right, I wanted to listen to the album while I was drunk. At 5:15 AM, I started to feel the effects of the alcohol. I waited until 5:30 AM to start listening to the album. This was the full story of my drunken Nightwish experience:
