Crash if we are only counting Naughty Dog games.
Many consider Crash 3 the best in the series but I think they are all equally good.
The first Jak & Daxter is amazing, but Jak II is a weird mix of platforming and GTA so I personally hated it and still haven't tried Jak 3.
I also recommend Tomba and Ape Escape.
