Dunno. Cleaning and general upkeep would be the biggest b**** (unless I could hire a maid). Boredom and loneliness would be the next biggest downer. I wouldn't be the least bit scared and would actually be pretty stoked about hosting parties and modeling some parts of it after the Spencer Mansion and stuff, but it'd get lonely as hell if I couldn't get at least one roommate.
