Peach can easily get a new B move, Toad is an iconic character who is extremely popular and basically the last core Mario character to not be playable in Smash. He also has crazy moveset potential from Wario's Woods, SMB2, and various sports/party ****. Also, Bazooka from SMRPG as his final smash. You can't say no to it.

Samurai Goroh can be bull****ed a moveset the exact same way Fox and Captain Falcon were, except he's fat and has a sword
I'm admittedly not an expert on the FE series but Lyn's popular and already made it in as an AT above all the characters you mentioned. Also, the argument that just because she's a sword user means she'd play similar to other sword users is pretty dumb.
Same goes for Little Mac automatically being a Falcon clone just because he uses punches. Like, really?
and how the **** is Cloud at all similar to DeDeDe?
