PT Gold with Totodile, Bayleef, Typhlosion.
PT Ruby with MUDKIP, Grovile, Blaziken.
PT Diamond with Piplup, Turtwig's second form, Infernape.
PT Black with Oshawott, Snivy's evo, Tepig's evo.
That's how you do alternate skins (except Charizard is the only flier, and the mid ones aren't all quadrupeds).
