It's really not that Lotad or Seedot are bad, it's just that there are a whole lot better and more memorable pokémon than them. Tangrowth... it's not bad, but I don't understand why it exists. It's like... of all the non-evolving pokes of gen 1 to bestow an evolution upon... why Tangela and Lickitung??? And I stand by my statement that Carnivine is awful.
