If someone does not actually believe in God and just says they are a Christian because they believe in the tenets, then I obviously would not be suggesting they are delusional, but they still make no sense to me. I do not need some book written a long time ago with outdated morals to offer me tenets on how to live my life.
Umm, treat others they way you want to be treated is certainly not an "outdated moral".
Unless you're Nietzsche and think that all people should be selfish, greedy bastards who only do things to benefit themselves.
