-For each division, distribute points in the following fashion: +3, +2, +1, -1, -2, -3. You must fill it out completely for the division for your vote to count, however, you may abstain from either division.
-One set of votes per division per user, not per account. If you are caught voting multiple times with alts, your votes are disqualified and you are banned for the remainer of the contest.

-Each match lasts 24 hours, on the dot, even if I don't get to close the topic right away.]
