Game-wise? Nephenee is easily a top 3 Path of Radiance unit, and you could make a really strong case for her being the best non-Ike/Royal Laguz character.
I'd really wish for Gatrie or Heather to make it into the general since I like both of them much better than Elincia/Marcia/Micaiah, but if I remember right it's only one spot and between Marvel/Capcom characters and Persona characters there's already a way too though competition :/.
