My exercise bike that was just purchased won't tighten, and some of the screws seem to not be able to fit. Its still under the 90 day warranty, so I contacted them. I arranged a time for them to fix it then they said this:

John Waite: Josh, if for any reason your specific repair is not covered by your warranty, the technician will give you a written estimate of all charges before starting any repair. If you decline the estimate, you will still be responsible for a minimum trip charge of $95.00 which will be due to the technician at the time of service.

What does that mean >_>
