Oh yeah I forgot that apparently Yusuke basically isn't even Yusuke in the manga... At least not the Yusuke I prefer to remember.
I looked at the epilogue for the manga once and it was just weird, especially with things Yusuke says during the final scene. The anime did a much better job at ending the series.
