Akira - Not so much a comedy. Or shounen, really.
Cromartie - Yes, forgot this one. I have both read the manga and watched the anime.
Death Note - Light Yagami is an A-grade student. Not so much a delinquent.
Veritas - Looks good. I've just skimmed the first chapter. Bit annoyed with the translation. Why translated won as dollars? I'll give it a chance though.
Yu Yu Hakusho - I have read a good chunk of this over two sessions. Kinda lost interest both times. I mean, it's alright, but the plot didn't really grip me.
High School of the Dead - I do read this (well, when it actually updates), but it's not really a delinquent manga.
