I don't know if Wesker is in Resident Evil 2 and I don't want to be spoiled on this matter. I know that he is supposed to be the main antagonist of Resident Evils 1 and 5 at the very least.
Oddly enough, Leon is now my favorite video game protagonist nonetheless. He, Kefka, and Magus form my new "troublesome trio of awesomeness" (aka my three favorite VG characters).
So for me, Kefka, Leon, Magus, Mario, and Samus would be my favorite VG characters, in that order.
