The touch screen annoys me, but at least it's not as bad as motion controls. I can deal with it in some games, like Pokemon, and Jump Ultimate Stars. The latter game being the only DS game that has actually given me plenty of entertainment. The Pokemon games too, I suppose, but even they don't make the DS a great system in my eyes.
It also has to do with my hatred for Nintendo.
