L-Block was an entry from a game everybody's played that had its own legitimate strength with an interesting hook that allowed it to gain momentum and appeal to a huge audience. Even then, L-Block needed fourways to even have the opportunity to gain that momentum and required his universal appeal and unique character design to win over the entire internet.
Hitler is an entrant who will only appeal to Wolfenstein fans and 4chan users. He's immediately facing two strong characters with a good rivalry who thrive on the day vote. 4chan couldn't even rally him in the vote-ins, and he has no chance to gain momentum.
There's a slight difference.
