Leon is undoubtedly the strongest in this group, but that doesn't mean much if Ada ain't bringing much to the table. Not to mention that most wouldn't consider Leon/Ada to be anywhere as good of a rivalry as these two iconic MK ninja. IMO, Sub/Scorpion should most probably win.
