I knew Seifer hadn't been in mainly because I've been trying to get another FF8 rep in for years (though Seifer would've been like my 3rd choice personally I knew he was most likely so I constantly supported him).
Dan Hibiki surprised me though. I could've sworn he was in another contest, but I double checked just to make sure and it turned out I was wrong.
Dan Hibiki made it into the vote-ins of our last Character Battle. Unfortunately though, he didn't end up doing so well; though in all fairness, his vote-in poll was easily the strongest one.
