Perfect Chaos...looks pretty Godzilla-ish, which I guess was the original intention. The only reason they went with the liquid water look was because the dreamcast couldn't do what they originally envisioned.
Really? But he was MADE of water, like the whole time. That's how he flooded the city and melted away into the water and such. How would it have worked if he was more Gozilla-ish? Or would he still be made of water somehow? I'm just curious, I never heard that was the case.
