what if he told the sister and she told the doctors?
I suppose this is... possible. The way the doctor is telling them, he's making it sound as if he and his team of doctors found this out themselves. Like, if he said "She was told that if we attempt to abort it, her womb will collapse, and we did indeed find some sort of device attached to the egg. It's your call whether you want to risk it or take his word," then I could be like, "Well okay, this is absurd, but I guess I can buy all that." And then it could really be even more evil than just plain crazy since you don't know if he's just playing mind games with them.
