If that isn't photoshopped, he obviously knows the spider is there. The second one would indicate that, which is why he was using his foot rather than his hand. Also looks like a dirty gas station bathroom. You guys don't have to worry about it at all with your own toilets, that's not a usual spider hangout place because they don't care much for water. Or human feces.
... If he didn't know it was there, then why would he film it?
