The first of the final 3 topics is underway!

Board 8 has narrowed the field down to its Top 180 Pokemon, but now it's time to get a fluid list of 100! To do so, Round 3 will function as a Swiss-style tournament. In lieu of pools, we're on to straight-up one-on-one match-ups each day. Of the 90 matches necessary to complete a "Day," 30 will be voted on in each topic. The number of rounds has been decided as 10, with tiebreakers as necessary.

Simply vote for the Pokemon you like more in each match-up. Matches will last for 24 hours from the time the topic was started, even if I do not acknowledge in any way that 24 hours have passed. No alt voting, illegal rallying, homicide, etc. I don't anticipate that vote changing should be any sort of problem here, so if you must do so please just let me know with "CHANGE" at the top of a new post. Please do not edit or delete votes. I reserve the right to change or amend these rules at any time.

Brief description of a Swiss-style tournament (via wikipedia):

A Swiss tournament goes for a predetermined number of rounds, with all of the players taking part in each round. In each round two players compete head-to-head. All players participate in the entire tournament – none are eliminated. The final scores are based on the number of points they accumulated for each round.
The principle of a Swiss tournament is that each player will be pitted against another player who has done as well (or poorly) as him or herself. Players are sorted according to their cumulative scores, and players are assigned opponents that have the same or similar score to that point. One proviso is that the same players never oppose each other twice.
