Nay, he'll allow it. He just thinks X/Sigma and Mario/Bowser and MM/Wily are the "real" rivalries, so those are the only ones he's allowing into the database. If Zero or Sonic or Proto still manage to get more noms, though, he'll put them into the bracket instead.
