But if you know people are annoyed with something to the point that any topic you make on that point is going to get a bunch of "Close" votes, then why waste the topic?
People have been annoyed by tons of AoD's and voted "close" in them long before LMS nominated anything. Should we ban the people who nominated those topics as well? Where do you draw the line?
Again, I do think LMS should somehow be stopped, but I also think bad AoD's are a necessary evil. We're never going to have a stream of excellent nominations in these topics, unfortunately.
