Yeah, some people tried to trick me into trying "Rocky Mountain Oysters" when I was in Colorado several years ago, and I asked the waitress what it was, and thankfully, she told me the truth! Although I probably wouldn't have ordered it anyway.
Also, goat isn't too bad.

This, however, is terrible. Tried to eat it when I was in Peru, could barely manage to eat anything.
Ate cow stomach when I was in South Africa, which was very chewy and not very good.
