As far as the metagame goes, Reuniclus was actually almost banned to Ubers at one point for being so good. I haven't paid it any attention in months, though, so I don't know what its current position is.
it was suggested, but it was also dumb immediately, though. gen4-Mence-ban level dumb.
Reuniclus was 39th in Pokemon Online DW OU (edit:last month), but he is solid.
