so flash is doing stuff he normally wouldn't do
but like, why is it Flash specifically? I mean, wouldn't MOST of these characters be out of character by randomly getting into a street fight?
Flash is one of the most prominent examples, simply because he has a lot of crazy powers that could theoretically do a lot of stuff he is never willing to actually do. He's technically capable of doing stuff like vibrating himself through your brain to kill you, but he's not going to do it, but in a VS match his supporters will insist it's his go-to tactic. It's not unique to him, but it's most easily seen with him, I guess is how it should be said.
