Each nugget bag contains 24 nuggets, and you can put 2 full bags in one fry basket. Given that it was a significantly large McDonald's that could drop at least 3 fry baskets at once, it really wouldn't be too hard to push out 100 nuggets pretty quick. Unless they had some weird 1am rush going on. Then it'd suck.
