I didn't suggest an "All-Fictional Character Contest". What I suggested was a Character Battle contest where fictional characters are allowed. If that happened, the following restrictions would be in place:
1. All fictional characters must have appeared in at least one video game to be eligible.
2. Religious and political figures are not eligible, even if they appear in video games. So "Jesus Christ" or "John F. Kennedy" would not be eligible.
