I know this isn't directed at me, but since I've been answering alongside Jeff here, I'll answer: no, I don't like tomatoes in pretty much anything. Except I love salsa and ketchup. Don't ask me how that works.
Salsa is filled to the brim with other sorts of flavors and the tomato is very much just a base. Ketchup is... I dunno, maybe it's saltier or something and that mingles well for you.
For my money (to clarify my previous post) I like tomatoes when they're crisp and refreshing. They go together like a horse and carriage whenever things like sour cream, onion and the like are concerned -- in other words when I'm cooking up something Mexican. Otherwise, eh.
Ketchup isn't bad but there are so many other sauces I'd sooner dip my fries into personally.
