Is it humanly possible to lose top lane as Garen nowadays? Activate W and Q. Eat enemies damage then silence them. Then spin. Then go back to brush. Until passive activates. Last hit and build that W. Is W up again? Yes? Do the combo again.
vayne can probably beat him in a top lane duel
it's totally viable to send her up as a counter
