I'd say inFamous 1's controls were worse, personally. Making the main character apparently a ledge magnet was not a good idea.
It's a lot easier to control Cole in both games than it is to control Ezio. Cole actually goes where I want him to go. Ezio goes wherever the f*** he wants, which is usually not where I want him to go.
