The controls for jumping and climbing are probably the worst of the current generation though.
The only problems I really have with climbing in AC2 is with ladders because Ezio doesn't seem to like climbing them, for whatever the reason.
I'd say inFamous 1's controls were worse, personally. Making the main character apparently a ledge magnet was not a good idea.
