Have either of you guys had a full grown bear tear your leg up?
I get she might not have been able to walk but if she had the strength to use her phone she could surely wave her arms around, throw some punches, make some noises. Just do SOMETHING that might give the bear the impression that this meal is more hassle than its worth and go maul somebody else. Calling somebody who you know wont be able to help you while being eaten just seems odd.
