I thought pros had respect for each other? Where's the sportsmanship in killing in the fountain?!
Regardless, don't really matter. DotA is DotA and doing that is perfectly within the games' engine. Play to win, keep them dead :P
It's like punching someone in SF4 (vanilla) when they're knocked out.
Well, Valve isn't letting teams resign so I doubt a situation like this would happen in a regular game.
