Rules (UPDATED):
You can save up to 4 Swords per 1 hour
Sword needs 1 save to be safe
No alts/rallying/vote trading
When only 10 Swords remains, those 10 Swords are out
After 72 hours, any unsafe Swords are out

TC will not vote until 1 hour has passed
