I don't think anyone should get the Death Penalty in college sports, period. I don't want to see a college program basically become a smoldering crater for years to come.

And that's the reason why I don't think there should be a Death Penalty. If they set a precedent for Miami, then we may see a bunch of programs get hammered when more of this comes out.
You say that like it's a bad thing. If that needs to go down to clean up college sports, then let's do it.
