Probably because every time it's beaten an opponent that's even halfway decent it's been by like one vote, and it sucks at getting blowouts. It's pretty telling when a game is 12-2 and not in the RPI top 30.
Well, even Sonic Adventure 2 is getting votes now!
P4 is now 33rd in the RPI, compared to SA2's 40th. You know what to do!
