Shall we begin?
First two pictures are the ingredients for the appetizer, Avocado Bruschetta served on Whole Wheat Baguette
The bread was brushed with a mixture of olive oil, salt and garlic and baked for around 10 minutes. The Bruschetta was combined and fridged for 2 hours. Next two pictures bring us to our final product.
Now we move on to our Main Course, London Broil w/ side Green Bean Casserole
London Broil was Broiled (yuk yuk yuk) on both sides for 5 minutes and then baked at 400 degrees till a delicious Medium Rare, Green Beans were baked for about 20 minutes with bread and cheese topping as well as the rest of the ingredients pictured mixed in. Finished Product of both will be included at the end.
Finally, for desert we have a Whole Wheat Dutch Apple Pie
We start by making our Whole Wheat Pie Crust,
Now, I had a huge brain fart and forgot to take a picture of all the apples before I cored, peeled and sliced them >_>
Ingredients for the Pie Filling and Topping:
I cooked the apples and raisins and sugars till they began to break down and then transferred them to a bowl while I brought the juices and the heavy cream to a boil before remixing that into the cooked apples and then pouring that into the partially baked pie crust:
Sprinkle on the streusel topping and bake for 25 more minutes and walla:
Which brings us to the end of our journey:
