If your GREs are good, you shouldn't have a problem since you also have a good GPA. And if you've gotten a good grade in their class and the prof recognizes your name, they'll likely be more than willing to give you a rec. No prof is out to hurt you unless they're a complete ***.
Just apply and be relaxed when you go for your interview. Be yourself, ask questions to the profs who interview you (don't let it be a one-sided conversation) and show enthusiasm for the program. Good luck! ^_^
