Also now that I think about it, raising the requirement to 4 would be much better than lowering the saves to 2. Not sure what I was thinking there...
Honestly, Basculin is pretty awful compared to Klinklang, and the gears are just as interesting as the ice creams.
Basculin would have been great too. Literally could not go wrong with that final update though Pawniard was the least of three evils.
