I never used Gaddswell, but I see what could've happened. It's a fine line between overpowered and useless.
And #9 of the Noble Nine would suffice. Comic relief or something. Don't really want to make too big an impact on the story.
I added most of the missing sidequests to the wiki. Only missing Sep, Zach and Zazi because I have no clue about those.
