Well the video says he is considered to possibly be the best sushi chef on the planet so I would imagine it costs quite a bit. Exactly what quite a bit would be I have no idea. I know I wouldnt want to be eating it right in front of the guy making it. I can't imagine how insulting it would be if the pace caught up to me or if I just didnt like one of the dishes.
