Liquid Wind posted...why would anyone be interested in future nintendo consoles if they had no interest in the wii? nintendo was actually a highly respected company 6 years ago, is there really anyone who holds nintendo in HIGHER regard now than they did in say, 2003?
Definitely. Nintendo is making much better, more creative games now than they were in 2003.
Ever since Super Mario Galaxy, Nintendo has not made anything that even matches up with Metroid Prime 2. The company has been content to rehash Mario to the ground, ruin Donkey Kong Country with dumb motion controls, and render my favorite Nintendo character unrecognizable and unlikable.
