And I'm not complaining about a Dragonair elim as much as it bothers me that Ermine complains about each little thing.
It doesn't matter that I give the nod to his pokemon when it's two "do not care about" tier pokemon, he still gets upset.

and 4/5 of those were BEFORE Dragonair. Why in the heck would I be even at all be feeling grateful towards you.
Maybe because I NEVER eliminate one of your known favorites when it's against another low tier pokemon even if I like that low tier pokemon first?
When you complain over each elimination it seems like you think that I'm not being fair to your favorites, which isn't true.
If you aren't going to cater to my favorites that's fine. I don't EXPECT anyone to. But if you're going to complain when I actually can't justify picking your favorites it doesn't make sense that you'd be stingy in return.
