Well, I'm pretty positive that I'm right because I make sure all my actions are things I can do or battles I can win. I was debating whether to pay &1500 or &2000 up front but I'll check.
At Cerulean City the spreadsheet says I have 1700. During that day I bought a Revive. 1700- 500 = 1200. I don't fight the Drowzee, I wait for Bill which results in nothing and I don't leave a pokemon at the Daycare. I win the battle with Misty. 1200+1000 = 2200.
Day 9 is Nugget Bridge. I win 8 of the 10 battles and earn 1000. 2200+1000 = 3200.
Day 10 is Route 5. I work that day which gets me 100. 3200 + 100 = 3300. At the talent show I perform cool pokemon moves which results in a fan loss and doesn't affect my money. I do not perform in the auction. I decide I don't want to spend all my money on the badge leaving me hurting for money the next day so I only pay 2000 for the badge. 3300 - 2000 = 1300.
Day 11 is Vermillion City. I turn the dude into the police which doesn't affect money and I do not attempt the the super hard challenge. I buy a Revive, Pokeball, and pay off 500. 1300 - 500 - 300 - 500 = 0. I work and beat Surge. 0 + 700 + 1500 = 2200
Day 12 is Route 11. I pay off 500 of my debt to wipe it clean. 2200 - 500 = 1700. I offer 500 for the bike which fails and I get to keep my money it seems. I play against the gambler (because I'm right) and wager 1000 and lose by picking the left card. 1700 - 1000 = 700. During the battle, Oddish solos the gambler and nets me 1000 which puts me back up to 1700 for Day 13.
Almost all of these totals that I got are the same as the ones in the spreadsheet with the exception of Route 5 in which it says I have 2200 instead of 3200 but that may be because you didn't add the rewards for that one during the update because of how complex it was and added everything in on Day 11. In any case, my debt should be gone and I should have the Earth Badge. Don't mean to be a jerk or anything but I'm pretty careful about this stuff so I don't get screwed over later (which is what would happen if I still had &2000 worth of debt and ended up having to give up the Thunder Badge).
