No, he's a hologram. He isn't a robot, an android or a cyborg under any definition I can think of, apart from the kind of lame one that he's programming. But I mean, so is my microwave.
Shame, because he's so badass and I'm not sure we could ever really get a "King of the Mountain: Holograms" contest going.
"Artificial life or intelligence created by another species". This includes physical robotics as well as artificial AIs that may not have solid bodies, but at least have a distinct "character".

Personally though, I think this is going to be stretching an already crowded field - rather see more stringency in the noms than less, IMHO. >.>
