I met a dude a few months back and I was pretty sure when I met him he had Aspergers, and he did. Within about 5 minutes. He didn't even do anything bad, there's just something about the way he...moved, I guess. And the way he formed sentences. It's hard to pin down but you can definitely see it a lot of the time
That sounds a bit silly to me. I mean sure, maybe if somebody looks jittery or whatnot you could say "there's something unusual about this fellow", but this fad of unprofessional diagnosis is just odd.
