I feel like there is no way uu isn't Lord English at this point. This is essentially a villain monologue here.
Also I think I might have some limited update precog. I only got like four hours of sleep and then I woke up at 7 AM and couldn't get back to sleep for some reason. I started getting up as I heard my roommate loudly complaining about "40 pages at once" and then I knew what had to be done.
